Terms of service
Last updated: 15 October 2026. These terms apply to Charka, a product of FOB Digital Labs ("we"). By using Charka you agree to them.
What Charka is
Charka is software that helps a person make short videos with the help of AI services and publish them to their own accounts on platforms such as YouTube. It runs on your own computer or server. A person reviews each video before it is published, unless you choose to let Charka publish by itself.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for every video you publish with Charka: its content, its accuracy and your right to use every picture, sound and text in it.
- You must follow the rules of each platform you publish to, including the YouTube Terms of Service and its community guidelines, and the terms of every AI service you connect.
- You must label content as the platform requires, for example content made with AI, and use only music you have the right to use.
- You keep your sign-in tokens and API keys safe. Charka stores them encrypted on your server, but the server is yours to protect.
Your content
You own what you make with Charka. We do not receive it and claim no rights to it.
AI-made content
AI services can make mistakes. Charka includes checks and a review step, but they do not replace your judgment. Check facts, names and claims before you approve a video.
No warranty
Charka is provided as is, without a warranty of any kind. Platforms can change their rules and interfaces, and a feature may stop working until Charka is updated. To the extent the law allows, FOB Digital Labs is not liable for lost income, lost data, removed videos, platform actions against an account, or any indirect damage that comes from using Charka. You can disconnect Charka from a platform at any time (see the privacy policy).
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date.
